UMC Physicians is looking for a Clinic Staffing Manager who oversees the staffing needs of a healthcare clinic, ensuring optimal personnel allocation. They play a critical role in recruitment, training, and maintaining a skilled workforce to meet clinic requirements. Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, human resources, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software and workforce management tools.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week
  • 8AM-5PM Monday – Friday, on call outside of office hours

  • Previous experience in staffing, recruitment, or workforce management preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Staffing Assessment: Evaluate clinic staffing needs and determine recruitment strategies.
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Interview and hire new clinic employees, ensuring alignment with clinic standards.
  • Training and Development: Train staff on clinic policies, procedures, and compliance.
  • Scheduling and Shift Management: Create work schedules, manage shifts, and address staffing gaps.
  • Performance Evaluation: Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and address performance issues.
  • Budget Compliance: Contribute to staffing decisions, budget planning, and cost-effective staffing solutions.
