About The Position

This Nurse Manager will provide operational and strategic oversight for oncology navigation services across the Kadlec Tri-Cities Cancer Center and St. Mary. The role will support the development and integration of comprehensive navigation programs, foster partnerships that support accreditation and continuous quality improvement, and serve as a key liaison among clinical teams, administration, and accreditation bodies. Through collaboration across the health system and oncology service line, this leader will advance coordinated, patient-centered care across the cancer continuum—from screening and diagnosis through treatment, survivorship, and supportive care. You will oversee a growing team of Oncology Nurse Navigators, Social Workers, Registered Dietitians, and Supportive Care Staff serving multiple disease groups and care locations. Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Bachelor's Degree Business, Healthcare Administration or Nursing (or in progress to be completed within 3 years of date of hire)
  • Washington Registered Nurse License
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • 5 years of ambulatory nursing experience.
  • 3 years of nurse management experience.
