This is an exempt, benefited position located at the Oceanside Clinic with coverage responsibilities as needed. Hours are generally Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm and on call requirement. Eligible for the Management Incentive Compensation Plan. Requirements

  • High school diploma plus five years current applicable experience in a healthcare environment and two years of leadership experience (supervisor and above).
  • Ability to effectively manage healthcare business and operational practices.
  • Strong computer skills, including knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other applicable systems.
  • Lean Six Sigma experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree and/or completion of formal leadership training.
  • Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume clinic
  • Ambulatory work experience

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of 40 employees and 25 providers covering Internal Medicine, Family Medicine & Pediatrics.
  • Daily operations of the patient care units or departments in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
  • Contribute to strategic planning of business units.
  • Coordinate the ongoing development and productivity of the physician office practices.
  • Provide leadership and direction to staff to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations, quality outcomes, and internal and external customer service.
  • Responsible for entire scope of department/location, including facilities management (emergency facilities support), where appropriate.
