The Manager, Client Solutions – Existing is a relationship-driven sales role focused on retaining and growing York Realty Inc.’s business from within our current tenant portfolio. This is a role for someone who builds trust, stays close to clients, understands how their businesses are evolving, and turns strong relationships into renewals, expansions, and real growth. York has a large and active tenant base, creating meaningful opportunity to identify renewal strategies, expansion needs, relocations, additional facilities, build-to-suit potential, and other ways we can continue to grow alongside our clients. The right person will be relationship-first, but not passive — someone who can build trust, spot opportunities early, create momentum, and turn client insight into renewals, expansions, and closed deals.
