The Manager, Client Services will manage efforts for the Corporate and Middle Market Commercial Servicing team to provide elite service. This role involves partnering and collaborating with leaders within assigned market verticals to ensure consistent communication and elite service. The manager will train and lead a team of specialists and team leaders, conduct hiring, coaching, development, and performance evaluations, and establish working relationships with key business partners. Additionally, the role requires reviewing tasks, implementing process improvements, and ensuring the team is informed of updated processes and procedures. Compliance with banking regulations such as BSA, USA PATRIOT ACT, and OFAC is also a key responsibility.
