About The Position

Develop and execute the strategies to grow High Performance Computing (HPC) platform subscription and accelerate AI-driven initiatives across industries
Attract and build pipelines across corporates, startups, public sector, and academia for AI & Data ecosystem
Engage prospective clients to understand business challenges, position HPC/AI solutions and convert opportunities into projects that drive adoption
Coordinate cross-functional delivery with internal teams, tech ventures, and vendors to ensure timely and successful outcomes
Plan and deliver AI and Data ecosystem initiatives including workshops, meetups, hackathons, demo days, and training programmes that build capability and showcase success stories
Forge and strengthen relationships with key ecosystem players, technology partners, and industry professionals to expand market reach and foster a vibrant AI & Data community
Conduct AI & Data activities reporting and trend analysis
Handle other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, information systems, data science, or a related field or equivalent
• 8 years of experience, preferably in solution sales, business development, account management, partnerships or consulting in technology, cloud, digital transformation or innovation sectors
• Proven track record in building pipelines, stakeholder engagement and/or partnership development
• Exposure to AI, cloud, data, SaaS, or technology solutions is an advantage (deep technical expertise is not required)
• Hands-on experience with reporting, CRM, and business intelligence tools for pipeline tracking and impact reporting
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both business and technical stakeholders
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua

Nice To Haves

• Experience in organizing or supporting industry events is a plus
• Higher education or professional qualifications with less experience will also be considered
• Candidate with less experience will also be considered for Assistant Manager
