In short, as an Auto Claims Manager you will be responsible for leading your team in adjudicating claims in a timely manner. Supporting your team to achieve performance goals and improve their skill set through ongoing development. In long, our Auto Claims Managers are responsible for: Monitor team performance and trends to identify opportunities for improvement at a contributor level. Provide coaching, training, and development to team members to meet or exceed performance goals. Drive department-wide initiatives, gaining buy-in from direct and indirect reports to maximize impact, and contribute to meeting or exceeding department goals. Responsible for managing their direct report’s timecards, PTO requests, schedule adherence, and performance and development plans. Other duties as assigned
