About The Position
Position is fully dedicated to a Willis client who has major construction projects in Boise, ID Note: Employment-based non-immigrant visa sponsorship and/or assistance is not offered for this specific job opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Manage and direct Workers’ Compensation (WC) claims for large‑scale construction projects in Idaho.
- Coordinate OCIP WC claims program including appropriate First Notice of Loss, adjuster assignment, etc.
- Collaborate with carriers, TPAs, and other stakeholders.
- Participate in claim reviews and strategy calls.
- Review loss reports and support reserve/settlement analysis.
- Coordinate claim management resources such as Nurse Case Management, Defense Counsel, and on-site medical.
- Escalate complex or disputed claims through appropriate channels to ensure line-of-sight amongst stakeholders
