Summary: Leadership role within the Claim Team focused upon coaching, training, development, and performance management of assigned claim team members. Ownership of file quality, adjudication efficiency, expense control, and vendor management are key responsibilities. Collaboration with the Director of Claims on projects, directives, and key claim accountabilities will also be a major activity within this position. Aid on various claim-related tasks as assigned.
