Position Summary The Incumbent will be responsible for leading and managing all civil engineering, structural, and infrastructure activities associated with the development, construction, expansion, and modernization of DRI Plants, Integrated Steel Plants, and other heavy industrial facilities. The role oversees civil engineering design reviews, site development, construction execution, contractor performance, quality assurance, safety compliance, project scheduling, and cost control to ensure successful project delivery. This position serves as a key member of the project execution team and collaborates closely with engineering consultants, EPC contractors, operations teams, regulatory agencies, and corporate stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle—from concept and detailed engineering through commissioning and handover. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, extensive heavy industrial construction experience, and a proven track record of delivering large-scale steel, mining, and metals projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.
