About The Position

Responsible for the managerial aspects within the areas of Central Processing Department (CPD) and Main Sterile Area (MSA). To maintain a consistent high standard for supplies and equipment in a cost-effective manner. Assures that the standards of operation of the department comply with the standards set by regulatory agencies such as The Department of Health, Joint Commission and AAMI.

Requirements

BS or minimum of 2 years post high school education with efforts to pursue a BS degree.
Minimum 2 years supervisory experience.
Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Manager (CSPDM) required.
Demonstrated managerial skill as required by the position.

Nice To Haves

Experience with healthcare related services.
National Central Service Technician Certification preferred.
Certification in Materials Management through AHRMM or similar organization preferred.
