This role involves managing resources based on forecast models to meet or exceed business Service Level Agreements. The Manager will supervise, mentor, evaluate, and aid in staff development, including people skills and competency standards. Key responsibilities include overseeing EDC User account activations, deactivations, and modifications, Data Entry activities, Decommissioning activities, and eTMF documentation tasks. The position requires maintaining productivity and quality indicators for global staff, supporting recruitment, and participating in the identification and implementation of solutions for local and regional data management issues. The role also assists with quality management activities according to Global data management Plans and Quality Management (QM) Plans, ensuring staff deliver accurate, timely, consistent, and quality clinical data. Support is provided to locally based project staff to achieve client satisfaction through quality data delivery, on-time and on-budget. The Manager will assist with training programs, support the development of global SOPs and specific quality processes, identify and implement process improvement solutions, and ensure revenue and operating margin performance. Action plans will be created to address staff quality and performance issues. The role includes managing staff utilization and billability, planning resource allocation, and supporting Business Development with time and cost estimates. Staff reviews must be completed in accordance with Fortrea guidelines. Other duties as assigned.
