The Manager, CDE Governance is responsible for defining, maintaining, and delivering high-quality standard operating procedures and best practices processes for the business unit. The manager will manage a team of tenured resources tasked with developing, curating, and implementing project plan templates and knowledge-based articles to support the project delivery teams. The manager will lead highly complex projects and initiatives supporting business unit-level goals on standard operating procedures, knowledge management, and business process management. They will work closely with Digital Transformation Specialists, Business Intelligence Consultants, and the Manager of Quality and Business Support to drive business success and transformation in the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of project management, operational best practices, and audit processes.
