The team consists of industry experts in the domains of hospitality, brand management, innovation, food and beverage, wellness, owner relations, and more. This team supports all of Hilton's unique brands! As a Manager Category Performance & Analytics, you will help enable performance visibility and strategic decision-making across the All-Suites and Focused Service (ASFS) category. Reporting to the Director, Category Management, this role supports category leadership by delivering data-driven insights, competitive intelligence, and performance analysis across nine brands: Embassy Suites, Homewood Suites, Home2 Suites, LivSmart Studios, Hilton Garden Inn, Hampton, Tru, Spark, and Tempo. You will shape how the category defines performance, identifies opportunities, and guide action to improve business outcomes — spanning guest experience, owner value, commercial performance, development, and market share.
