Akima Infrastructure Protection (AIP) is looking for a Case Processing Manager for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) South Texas detention facilities. This role oversees daily case processing, docket coordination, and records governance across multiple locations, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant execution of all case-related activities. The manager analyzes caseload trends, develops tracking tools and dashboards, and identifies workflow improvements to enhance efficiency and data integrity. This position exercises independent judgment in interpreting policy, resolving complex case issues, coordinating schedules with internal and external stakeholders, and validating critical case actions prior to final processing or closure. The role directs a team of specialists, sets workload priorities, and establishes quality standards for documentation, data entry, and system updates. Comprehensive knowledge of the field's concepts and principles is required. The manager leads and directs the work of other employees and has full authority for personnel decisions. They administer departmental policies and procedures, evaluate results and performance, and assist with the development of new or modified budgets, strategic plans, or policies.
