About The Position

Reporting to the Director of Capital Planning & Governance, the position will be part of the Acquire to Retire team supporting the execution of enterprise-wide capital investment processes and portfolio tracking. You will play a key role in ensuring capital projects are well-structured, properly tracked, and supported by reliable data, enabling better decision-making and visibility across a diverse portfolio of investments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 3-5 years relevant experience in financial analysis, accounting, or budgeting and forecasting.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with attention to detail and ability to synthesize complex information
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Ability to structure and manage complex datasets, processes, and workflows
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate clearly across all levels of the organization
  • Interest in data, automation, and process improvement (e.g., Power BI, Copilot, workflow tools)
  • Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable operating in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities
  • Motivated by complex, cross-functional projects in an international environment
  • Bilingualism required (Advanced French and English) both spoken and written, as the person will be required to work and communicate regularly in English while performing the tasks outlined above. Specifically, the role requires collaboration with global teams.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate capital approval processes, including tracking submissions, decisions, and follow-ups
  • Maintain and monitor capital project data, including budgets, forecasts, and key changes
  • Provide clear visibility on portfolio performance, risks, and upcoming decisions
  • Consolidate information across multiple investment areas (e.g., technology, real estate, operations)
  • Support senior stakeholders by preparing structured analyses and insights
  • Own and improve portfolio tracking tools and processes
  • Ensure alignment between approved projects and financial setup (e.g., budgets, cost tracking)
  • Support quarterly forecasting and deployment tracking for strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business planning assumptions.
