About The Position

As a Partner Growth Manager, China you will lead strategic initiatives that drive performance optimization, scalable growth, and product adoption across China-based technology partners. Leveraging deep expertise in Search and Display, you’ll deliver tailored insights, co-develop playbooks, and build strong senior-level relationships to unlock partner potential within the China tech ecosystem. You will support the development of partner claims and case studies, remove operational barriers, and track progress against key performance goals. By aligning internal and external stakeholders around data-driven strategies, you’ll elevate partner performance and accelerate measurable business impact across China Tech Partners. What you'll do... We’re seeking a strategic, results-driven professional with 4–6 years of experience in Advertising, Consulting, Programmatic, Search, Digital Ad Ops, Media Buying, or Analytics. Fluency in Mandarin/ Cantonese is strongly preferred, with the ability to engage confidently with China-based partners and stakeholders. Deep understanding of digital advertising performance metrics (e.g., CTR, ROAS, CPMs) and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders. Strong knowledge of paid search and display campaign strategies, including bidding, budget management, and performance tracking. Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, partner-facing environment while collaborating cross-functionally. Experience working with China-based partners or within the China tech ecosystem. Strategic thinker who proactively identifies growth opportunities and champions innovation. Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience influencing sales teams, partners, and senior leadership. Demonstrated success building and maintaining senior-level partner relationships and aligning performance outcomes with broader business goals. Comfort working with financial data, defining SLAs, and establishing scalable best practices. Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and drive impact in a rapidly evolving environment.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in Advertising, Consulting, Programmatic, Search, Digital Ad Ops, Media Buying, or Analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Enablement Insight Development & Delivery Create and scale automated dashboards, playbooks, and performance benchmarks tailored to China Tech Partners, aligning partner objectives with Walmart’s broader strategic priorities.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership Collaborate with internal teams across product, analytics, sales, and partner development to ensure seamless execution of growth initiatives supporting China Tech Partners.
  • Performance Management Monitor and measure the impact of shared insights, tracking KPIs such as partner engagement, category share, and revenue growth. Continuously refine strategies based on performance learnings and market dynamics.
  • Education & Advocacy Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for partner-level insights, ensuring internal and external stakeholders understand their strategic value and business impact within the China tech landscape.
  • Innovation & Thought Leadership Co-develop research initiatives and forward-looking strategies with China Tech Partners to uncover new revenue opportunities and drive long-term, mutually beneficial growth.
