Position Summary... The Team Lead – Growth Performance and Optimization will lead the team responsible for delivering actionable growth insights and optimization recommendations to strategic partners. This role owns how standardized intelligence is translated into clear, practical guidance that drives measurable performance improvement, incremental growth, and accelerated adoption. This is a people's leadership role with direct accountability for team execution, prioritization, and the quality and consistency of partner‑facing deliverables. What you'll do... Growth Insights & Optimization Ownership Own end‑to‑end delivery of growth insights and optimization recommendations across strategic partners Ensure partners receive clear, actionable guidance tied to performance improvement, growth, and adoption Measure success based on incrementality and outcomes, not baseline activity or reporting volume Scalable Enablement Translate standardized intelligence into repeatable activation models and playbooks Drive scale through automation, templates, and consistent frameworks Reduce reliance on bespoke analyses while maintaining high‑impact support for priority partners Team Leadership & Execution Lead, coach, and develop a team focused on growth insights and optimization recommendations Set clear goals, success metrics, and operating rhythms aligned to broader leadership priorities Own prioritization, workload planning, and delivery standards to ensure focus and high‑quality output Cross‑Functional Collaboration Partner closely with Sales, PDMs, Optimization, and Partner Network stakeholders to drive execution Serve as the primary owner for external activation workflows tied to growth insights Surface partner needs, trends, and friction points to inform prioritization and planning Operational Excellence & Storytelling Own intake, prioritization, and execution workflows for partner‑facing work Ensure transparency through standardized benchmarks, performance views, and impact reporting Develop partner success narratives, summaries, and case studies that reinforce insights‑led value

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., marketing, statistics, economics, mathematics, business administration)
  • 8-10 years of experience in growth optimization, performance improvement, or driving adoption initiatives for products, customers, or marketing campaigns
  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams in growth strategy, optimization, analytics, partner enablement functions
  • Proven ability to operate in cross‑functional, matrixed environments and influence without direct authority
  • Experience prioritizing work in fast‑moving environments with competing demands
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, including comfort presenting insights to senior stakeholders

  • Media, ad tech, retail media, or platform ecosystem experience preferred
