About The Position

As a Manager on our Business Recruiting team, you’ll lead a team of recruiters responsible for hiring across Americas Enterprise Sales. You’ll operate as a coach—developing your team, driving recruiting strategy and execution against ambitious growth goals, and directly supporting strategic and leadership-level searches when needed. You’ll serve as the primary recruiting partner to Enterprise Sales leadership, using talent market insights, recruiting data, and a deep understanding of the business to advise leaders, anticipate hiring needs, and build scalable strategies for attracting and hiring exceptional sales talent. Requirements

Experienced with 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting, including experience recruiting Sales talent, preferably within a high-growth technology environment.
An experienced people leader with 1+ years of direct management experience leading a team of 2+ recruiters and a track record of coaching and developing others.
A strong strategic partner who can build credibility with senior leaders, influence hiring decisions, and translate business needs into effective recruiting strategies.
Skilled at engaging, assessing, negotiating with, and closing high-caliber candidates.
Data-driven and comfortable using recruiting metrics and market insights to diagnose challenges, prioritize resources, and inform decisions.
Comfortable balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution and operating with urgency in a fast-moving, evolving environment.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters responsible for hiring across Americas Enterprise Sales, setting clear goals and driving accountability for results.
Own recruiting strategy and execution for Enterprise Sales, partnering with leadership on headcount forecasting, hiring priorities, capacity planning, and progress against growth goals.
Operate as a player/coach, directly leading strategic, complex, or leadership-level searches while helping your team navigate challenging hiring needs.
Act as a trusted advisor to Sales leaders and hiring managers, providing guidance on talent profiles, market dynamics, hiring strategy, interview processes, and recruiting best practices.
Coach your team to build strong and diverse talent pipelines and foster high-touch relationships with active and passive candidates.
Use recruiting funnel metrics and market insights to identify challenges, recommend solutions, and drive changes that improve hiring outcomes and team effectiveness.
Develop and evolve sourcing strategies, candidate messaging, job descriptions, events, and other talent initiatives to strengthen our ability to attract Enterprise Sales talent.
Stay ahead of recruiting and talent market trends, translating insights into training and guidance for recruiters and hiring teams across sourcing, interviewing, profile identification, and process optimization.
