Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, location etc. The salary range presented below is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well. About the role We’re looking for a Manager, Business Process Improvements to join our growing team! In this role, you'll drive enterprise-wide process improvement projects at BrokerLink, partnering with cross-functional teams to streamline insurance operations, strengthen customer and employee experiences, and deliver measurable efficiency, quality, and cost outcomes through KPI-driven execution.

Requirements

  • Lean/Six Sigma and Change Management certifications are mandatory.
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) required.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in the insurance industry: solid knowledge of P&C insurance operations combined with financial analysis capabilities.
  • Strong influence and negotiating skills.
  • Skilled at building sound business relationships (internal-external) using strong communication skills (oral and written) and collaboration skills.
  • Independent, open-minded, innovative, respectful, motivated.
  • Ability to manage several files at once, confidence, perseverance and a positive attitude.
  • Very adaptable and able to learn quickly.
  • Customer- and results-driven with a passion for excellence in operations to create long-term value.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing and implementing cross-enterprise business process improvement plans, optimizing front-line operations, back-office and corporate support functions to improve customer and employee experiences, increase efficiency, reduce costs, enhance quality, and deliver incremental growth.
  • Analyze and map current processes and practices to identify gaps and make recommendations that achieve the organization's goals
  • Measure and monitor the performance of initiatives, including development and tracking of supporting business cases and KPI's for reporting to senior stakeholders
  • Leading cross-functional teams on process improvement projects to ensure successful, timely, and on-budget execution
