The Manager, Business Process Engineering is a key leadership role that collaborates with cross-functional leaders, vendors, and employees at all levels. This role requires expertise in project management, Lean Six Sigma methodology, and organizational change management (OCM). The position also involves facilitating or coaching Kaizen events and workshops to rapidly solve complex business problems and design optimized business processes to enhance member experience and fulfill our commitments.
