General Description: Reporting to the Director of Business Growth, this position provides day to day management of work that supports the enterprise strategy around OUH’s growth journey. Position will help analyze, manage, and provide support evaluating growth opportunities within the organization. This position will oversee the recruitment and on-going development of employees within the Business Development and Innovation team. NOTE: This position may only be performed remotely from Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Texas.
