About The Position

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Finance Planning & Analysis, the FP&A Manager will ensure accurate, timely, and complete accounting and financial reporting for all aspects of the Company’s products. Responsibilities Lead and manage the financial operations of the organization, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting Prepare and analyze comprehensive financial statements, budgets, and forecasts, providing insightful analysis and recommendations to senior management for informed decision-making and strategic planning. Monitor and review financial performance against established targets and benchmarks, identifying areas of improvement and implementing strategies to optimize profitability, cost efficiency, and cash flow. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business plans, evaluate investment opportunities, and assess the financial viability of projects, providing financial modeling and analysis to support decision-making. Drive strategic financial initiatives, such as mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and capital structure optimization, evaluating potential opportunities and risks to maximize shareholder value. Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard company assets, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards, and promote operational efficiency. Provide financial guidance and support to department heads and managers, assisting in budget preparation, expense control, and financial performance tracking, while fostering a culture of financial accountability and cost consciousness. Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of financial reporting to internal stakeholders, including department heads and executives, providing relevant and actionable insights to support their decision-making process. Drive automation and process improvements in reporting and forecasting, including partnering with BI team to aggregate data from multiple ERP systems. Stay informed about industry trends, economic factors, and financial regulations, providing strategic advice and guidance to senior management on potential risks and opportunities. Special assignments or tasks assigned to the employee by their supervisor, as determined from time to time at their sole and complete discretion.

Requirements

  • A minimum of five years of work experience in financial management is required with proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role.
  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in financial management software and advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented mindset, with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and the ability to think strategically.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or professional certification is preferred.
