About The Position

We are seeking a Manager of Business Intelligence to support enterprise analytics with a strong focus on project management, visualization and decision enablement for the Corporate and Site Quality function within a CPG organization. This role focuses on analyzing trends, building dashboards and translating data into clear, actionable insight in order to not only assist in root cause analyses but also make informed decisions on how to prevent product and process non-conformances and to preserve and protect product quality and food safety.
This is a hands-on analytics role ideal for someone with 5+ years of experience who is comfortable working with large datasets, building Power BI reports, and partnering with business stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or reporting.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (dashboarding, data modeling).
• Solid SQL skills for working with large datasets.
• Well-versed in a variety of statistical methods, such as hypothesis testing, time series analysis, and regression analysis.
• Understanding of data warehousing and ETL concepts.
• Knowledge and understanding of systems and application knowledge, such as SAP, Microsoft Office (including SharePoint), LIMS, etc.
• Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Commitment to professional growth and continuous learning.
• Ability to travel to support other business units/locations when required (~50%).

Nice To Haves

• Experience with dbt and modern data modeling practices preferred.
• Experience in CPG industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports that enable performance monitoring and data-driven decision-making across the organization.
• Use SQL to query, analyze, and validate information from multiple data sources.
• Analyze trends, risks, and opportunities, and clearly communicate insights to business stakeholders.
• Support ongoing performance monitoring, periodic reporting, and post-period analysis.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into structured analytical outputs.
• Create forecasting and optimization models that can be used for predictive analytics.
• Lead in shaping the digital Quality & Food Safety strategy (e.g., Supply Chain data analytics/predictive quality, data access, data cleansing, systems harmonization).
• Respond to ad hoc analysis and reporting needs with a high level of accuracy, timeliness, and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with data, analytics, and technology teams to ensure consistency, accuracy, and reliability of reporting.
• Contribute to improvements in reporting processes, data quality, and documentation standards.
• Effectively manage multiple priorities and requests while aligning with team guidance and organizational goals.
