About The Position
Oversees a team of analysts and Supervisors that prepares standard and adhoc reports, interprets data and presents key trends and important findings allowing the product line leaders to turn them into actionable insights and improved performance. Serves as the interface between Analytics and Product Line leaders. Directly involved with action planning for improvement of employee engagement survey scores, team communication, and employee development.
Requirements
- Experience in overseeing a team of analysts and supervisors
- Proficiency in preparing standard and adhoc reports
- Ability to interpret data and present key trends and findings
- Experience serving as an interface between analytics and business leaders
- Experience with action planning for employee engagement, team communication, and employee development
