The Business Development Manager role is a critical role in our high-performing sales team. This candidate is responsible for developing comprehensive business plans for his/ her accounts that actualizes the overall objective of the Region Sales Initiatives to efficiently grow operating profits and revenues year to year. He/ she is a strong people leader that provides guidance and direction to his/ her KAMs. Team development is a critical skills for a successful RAM. He/ she is self-motivated to achieve their personal best every day while creating an environment where cooperation, credibility, candor, consistency and a commitment to exceptional performance exists. This position sits with our Swedish Match affiliate. Swedish Match North America LLC, develops, manufactures, and sells quality products with market-leading brands such as ZYN nicotine pouches and other smokeless tobacco products. Our vision is “A world without cigarettes,” and our mission is to provide adult consumers with alternatives that are enjoyable but have a lower risk than smoking.
