In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind strategic partnerships with Tier I and Tier II End Users, Contractors, Integrators, and EPC firms. You’ll influence product specifications, open new market opportunities, and empower field sales with your technical expertise. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or Communications (preferred).
  • Experience in electrical or telecom markets (preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Power BI.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Fuels market trends and technologies.
  • Establish and strengthen partnerships with Tier I End Users (McPherson Oil, Apec Petroleum, Exxon, Mosaic, Modec) Tier I EPC ( ABB, Black & Veatch, Burns & McDonald ) Tier I OEM’s (Halliburton, Schlumberger, Baker Hughes, Weir Pumps) Tier I Integrators (NSA, EN Automation, LSI, DSI Innovations).
  • Support field sales with technical expertise, product training, and educational demonstrations.
  • Track key projects from inception to completion using Salesforce and Power BI.
  • Stay current with industry standards (NEC, CEC, ATEX & IECEx) and communicate updates to the sales team.
  • Represent Hubbell at major trade shows and conferences (PCIC, OTC, Topside …etc)
  • Work with Integrators, OEMs and engineering firms to secure Hubbell product specifications in new designs and projects.
  • Plan and execute strategic Brown Field MRO at key location in USA
  • Plan and execute strategic Export House Strategy for Caribbean and Central America
