About The Position

As a Manager, Business Consulting/Account Lead at EPAM, you will play a pivotal role in both account management and technical delivery. You will drive growth in our services at one or more accounts, increase revenue, and ensure client satisfaction. This hybrid role requires you to spend the majority of your time on-site with clients in Denver, balancing strategic account management with hands-on consulting and delivery excellence.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology consulting and business consulting, with experience in account management or account management support
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a client-facing role
  • Strong technical background with a deep understanding of software development processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred
  • Growth mindset, strategic thinking, results-driven, and client-focused

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Understand client needs, anticipate challenges, and propose innovative solutions
  • Manage the contracting process with new and existing clients as assigned
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded
  • Oversee and take responsibility for P&L at each client within your portfolio
  • Plan and manage strategic growth of selected accounts/clients
  • Be accountable for KPIs at each assigned account (revenue, margin, CSAT, timely invoicing, DSO, etc.)
  • Leverage your project management background to contribute to project delivery excellence
  • Provide strategic technology and business consulting to clients
  • Maintain a personal billable utilization of 50%
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them on technology and business best practices
