As Brand Marketing Manager, you are responsible for driving brand outcomes across a defined portfolio of initiatives within the Call of Duty Mainline business. This role operates beyond single-campaign execution. You are accountable for aligning, sequencing, and prioritizing multiple interconnected marketing efforts to ensure cohesive brand impact, operational clarity, and sustained franchise health. You will lead cross-functional stakeholders and external agency partners to deliver integrated go-to-market programs at scale. Success in this role requires strong judgment, tradeoff management, and the ability to balance short-term launch execution with long-term brand strategy. This role is based in our Santa Monica, CA office and follows an onsite work schedule of four days per week. Work arrangements may evolve to meet business needs.
