About The Position

The Branch Manager leads a team and oversees branch operations to support safety, teamwork, service excellence, and customer retention. The role drives sales and rental performance through strong customer relationships and consistent, high-quality service. It oversees fleet management, staffing, budgeting, and facility presentation, while developing and coaching employees and fostering growth, morale, open communication, and trust. The manager is expected to lead branch operations with full P&L accountability and support revenue, profitability, and sustainable business growth.

Requirements

At least 5 years of progressive leadership experience.
At least 2 years of experience managing a branch or profit center with P&L responsibility.
Strong financial acumen and ability to turn goals into results.
Proven record of leading teams, developing people, and building lasting customer relationships.
Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
