The Manager, RCM - Reporting & Oversight is responsible for managing the end-to-end reporting and analytics function for the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team. This role ensures accuracy, transparency, and insight-driven decision-making through structured reporting frameworks, KPI tracking, and performance analysis. The Manager provides leadership with a holistic view of revenue cycle performance and the overall health of revenue controls through executive-level dashboards and reports. The Manager acts as a strategic partner and data liaison across teams - understanding reporting needs, automating KPI tracking. This role works closely with finance & operations team to provide the technology, insights, and governance frameworks that allow leaders to make informed, data-driven decisions and proactively manage risks across the revenue lifecycle An individual in this position will be expected to perform additional job-related responsibilities and duties as assigned and/or necessary.
