About The Position
Are you a dynamic leader passionate about transforming behavioral health care? Providence Medical Group Northwest is looking for a Manager of Behavioral Health to champion our ambulatory behavioral health programs and make a lasting impact across Primary Care Integration, Care Management Social Work, and Behavioral Health Urgent Care. In this role, you'll drive meaningful change by leading a dedicated team of clinicians, shaping workflows, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations in an outpatient setting. From onboarding and staffing support to productivity monitoring and coverage planning, you'll be the operational backbone that empowers our clinicians to focus on what matters most — delivering exceptional patient care. Requirements
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling or related field, or equivalent educ/experience
- Upon hire: Washington Mental Health Counselor License, or
- Upon hire: Washington Marriage and Family Therapist License, or
- Upon hire: Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker License
- 5 years clinical experience in area of clinical specialty
- 3 years clinical supervisory, management or resource experience in the assigned technical or professional area or equivalent relevant experience
