About The Position

Within Pfizer's Global Supply division, this role is pivotal in ensuring that manufacturing processes are efficient, reliable, and innovative. The position involves contributing to the design and development of manufacturing processes for products, as well as supporting maintenance and reliability. The engineering team works to bring medicines to the world faster by imagining what’s possible and taking action, directly impacting the ability to deliver life-saving medicines to patients globally.

Requirements

  • BA/BS with at least 4 years of experience or MBA/MS with at least 2 years of experience or PhD/JD with any years of experience or Associate's degree with at least 8 years of experience or High school diploma (or equivalent) with at least 10 years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated experience in Automation Engineering, showcasing expertise in process controls equipment and Network Hubs
  • Strong design and debugging skills
  • Broad understanding of systems architecture and operations, along with related components
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Permanent work authorization in the United States

  • Master's degree and relevant pharmaceutical experience
  • Experience with regulatory compliance in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead or co-lead moderately complex projects, effectively managing time and resources.
  • Apply skills and discipline knowledge to contribute to departmental work.

  • Ensure system-wide compliance, perform system support responsibilities, offer technical leadership, adhere to safe work practices, and communicate progress and issues to management and peers.
