The role of Audit Manager is to oversee the audit process from planning to completion for the Supply Chain Solutions business team. Tasks will include supervising the audit process, researching, reviewing current processes and providing recommendations to enhance company policies and procedures. The Audit Manager is responsible for training, supporting, supervising, motivating, and reviewing the work of audit staff and business leaders. This role also involves overseeing professional employees with proficiency in audit, project management and technical expertise, ensuring audit timelines are met, escalating issues to upper management when progress cannot be made, and handling hiring, staffing, performance reviews, recommending pay increases, training and development of team members, and ensuring consistent application of organizational standards and policies. Projects will be assigned utilizing resource planning tools, and the team’s workload will be managed within their capacity, with staffing challenges escalated as required.
