Requirements

Bachelor's degree.
Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in planning, development, and implementation of production processes and technologies.
Extensive knowledge in Assembly shop systems.
Excellent knowledge in LEAN manufacturing and how to apply it in a modern work environment.
Possess excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in an intercultural, fast paced, changing, and growing environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a leadership role preferred
Internal candidates require completed PV-44.

Responsibilities

Defines budgets and scheduling; tracks budget achievement and costs
Contributes to the development of implementation strategies
Oversees the development and implementation of new production technologies and ensures continued process improvements
Manages personnel, machinery, and materials efficiently to guarantee on time delivery and compliance of budget
Works closely with different departments on the development and implementation of production processes
Managing Projects as well as collaborates with project managers on optimization of plant utilization
Ensures that the expected level of safety, quality, quantity, and deadlines of the production process are met.
Implements lean manufacturing concepts to achieve goals
Considers and ensures compliance of product-specific and plant-specific environmental concerns and government regulations
Ensures compliance with relevant regulations, directives, and work agreements
Leads regularly scheduled area of responsibility team meetings
Participates in regularly scheduled Assembly meetings
Will perform other duties as assigned
Leads employees in line with organizational culture, values and guidelines; defines performance goals, conducts performance reviews; effectively communicates and engages employees to meet objectives; Responsible for employee development and qualification.
Plan and manage the budget for the associated area; Manages budget and personnel allocation efficiently.
Conveys budget distribution and cost saving processes to colleagues.
