About The Position
ServiceChannel is seeking a hands-on Manager of Application Architecture to lead a global team of Application Architects and drive the technical direction of its SaaS platform. The role leads application and quality architecture strategy, advances platform modernization, scalability, reliability, and security, and establishes architecture standards and engineering guardrails. It partners across Engineering, Product, DevOps, Security, and AI, while mentoring and developing a global team of architects.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in software engineering with architecture experience.
- Leadership experience managing technical teams.
- Strong expertise in .NET/C#, React/TypeScript, APIs, microservices, and cloud.
- Experience with enterprise SaaS, CI/CD, test automation, and observability.
- A passion for building great technology and teams.
