The position is responsible for driving aftermarket sales of automation equipment, spare parts, service contracts, and system upgrades within the automotive paint shop and final assembly sectors. Key aspects include ensuring customer retention, collaborating with various internal teams to define technical requirements and provide quotations, acting as the primary escalation point for complex issues, and driving the troubleshooting and resolution of problems related to robotic paint systems, automation, and associated equipment. The role also coordinates service activities such as maintenance, emergency support, repairs, and system commissioning, supervises contractors, and leads continuous improvement initiatives.
