About The Position

As Manager of Analytics, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of the analytics function, ensuring data is collected cleanly, analyzed rigorously, and delivered in ways that drive real decisions for clients. This role is evolving. You’re expected to go beyond managing data pipelines and dashboards and start advising clients on what the data means for their business. You’ll also drive AI adoption at the execution layer—integrating tools that make the team faster and more insightful. You’ll work with clients that range from B2B organizations with long sales cycles to multi-location businesses in healthcare, higher education, retail, and grocery—comfort navigating both lead-based and bricks-and-clicks models is important. Requirements

  • Gather and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with team members to understand data requirements for ongoing projects.
  • Execute on tasks needed to support the measurement plan within GTM, GA4, and other tools.
