Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 6–8 years of progressive experience in analytics, modeling, business intelligence, or related functions.
  • Demonstrated experience developing analytical models and translating data into business insights.
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with large data sets and analytics or reporting tools.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • English (required).

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) with a quantitative focus.
  • Experience in a regulated industry such as medical devices, healthcare, or life sciences.
  • Familiarity with forecasting, scenario modeling, or advanced statistical techniques.
  • Experience with BI, data visualization, or advanced analytics platforms.
  • Experience supporting commercial, customer operations, or supply chain analytics.
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement or operational excellence methodologies.
  • Analytics, data science, or finance certifications (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and application of analytics and modeling solutions to support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Design and maintain predictive, financial, or operational models to assess performance, risks, and opportunities.
  • Translate complex data sets into clear insights, recommendations, and executive-ready reporting.
  • Partner with Commercial, Finance, Operations, Customer Service, and Digital teams to align analytics with business priorities.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and trends to inform forecasting, planning, and optimization efforts.
  • Lead or support analytics-driven initiatives that improve efficiency, customer experience, and financial outcomes.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and adherence to governance and internal control standards.
  • Coach and develop analysts or project teams contributing to analytics and modeling work.
