About The Position

Leads an Analytics Engineering team in designing, building, and optimizing scalable, analytics-ready data models and solutions. Bridges business needs with technical execution, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, certified datasets that support enterprise-wide decision-making and AI enablement. Mentors analytics engineers, drives adoption of modern data transformation tools like dbt, and partners with stakeholders to translate complex business challenges into actionable data products. Responsibilities include roadmap planning, process improvement, quality assurance, and alignment with data governance and AI-readiness standards.

Requirements

  • Requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience.
  • Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure efficient and reliable data pipelines using Snowflake, SQL and dbt.
  • Promote reusable, modular, and well-documented code across the team.
  • Ensure datasets are structured, labeled, and validated for AI and machine learning use cases.
  • Collaborate with data science and AI teams to support model training and deployment.
  • Advocate for scalable data architecture that supports advanced analytics.
  • Implement data governance standards, including metadata management and data lineage.
  • Monitor and improve data quality, integrity, and consistency across platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise data policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with business leaders, product managers, and data consumers to understand needs and deliver insights.
  • Communicate technical concepts and analytics outcomes to non-technical audiences.
  • Present findings, roadmaps, and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Manage the analytics engineering infrastructure, including cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery).
  • Evaluate and integrate new tools to enhance productivity and scalability.
  • Maintain CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows for analytics code deployment.
  • Plan and prioritize analytics engineering initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Track progress, measure impact, and ensure timely delivery of data products.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to data infrastructure and analytics operations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
