About The Position

This position is responsible for leading the RCS Analytics Products team focused on delivery and health of analytics-focused products. This position is seen as an accountable lead for analytics products published by the team. This position is responsible for the development, integrity and maintenance of: dashboards, reports, models, extracts, and routine data-related deliverables. The role must effectively delegate but also remain hands-on to a limited degree to ensure close touch with content and technology. Providence caregivers are not simply valued – they’re invaluable. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Health, Public Administration, or related discipline or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• 5 years progressively increasing responsibility in management level with experience with report/dashboard delivery, business intelligence, analytics.
• 4 years Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent platform.

Nice To Haves

• Master's Degree in Data Science, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Health, Public Administration, or related discipline or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Upon hire: Epic Certifications.
• 3 years Revenue Cycle experience highly preferred.
