We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Manager of Pricing Strategy to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving our strategic initiatives. As the Manager of Pricing Strategy, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of pricing and rebate programs and processes. This role requires strong program management capabilities, as you will work collaboratively across teams to ensure the smooth operation of pricing processes, address issues as they arise, and maintain effective communication with stakeholders. You will also leverage your analytical skills to perform data management activities that support our pricing and rebate strategies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in pricing strategy, program management, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with SAS/SQL for data analysis and management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience or knowledge of PBM industry or pharmaceuticals is preferred
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with experience presenting to various business groups
  • Extensive experience in a position requiring problem solving, problem analysis and creative solutions skills.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and follow up skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment and manage tight deadlines and competing priorities
  • Aptitude to communicate complex analytic findings and conclusions in an easy-to-understand way

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution and management of pricing and rebate programs and processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Conduct analysis and data management activities to support pricing strategies, utilizing SAS/SQL as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of pricing initiatives.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot issues within the pricing and rebate processes, conducting research to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with teams supporting the overall pricing program, ensuring all parties are informed and aligned.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to pricing processes, program management, and issue resolution.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance pricing strategies and improve overall program performance.
