About The Position

AIPAC’s mission is to encourage and persuade the U.S. government to enact specific policies that create a strong, enduring, and mutually beneficial relationship with our ally Israel. Our focus is clear, we come to work every day motivated to keep America strong and Israel secure. The AIPAC PAC Manager will work closely with the AIPAC PAC Senior Director and Senior Vice President to achieve the PAC’s overall political objectives including shepherding a significant PAC budget, managing the PAC Portal and providing excellent customer service to staff and stakeholders around the country who interact with the PAC.

Requirements

  • A strong commitment to the US-Israel relationship and willingness to work on a bipartisan basis is necessary.
  • Exceptional knowledge, background and experience with technology and systems is a must.
  • Experience with data tools is necessary including: Smartsheet, Salesforce, Tableau, PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Attention to detail and precision is essential.
  • Excellent writing and communications skills.
  • Knowledge of the issues affecting the U.S. - Israel alliance.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience preferred (e.g., political campaign or other political organizations).
  • Political acumen is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the continued development and implementation of the PAC strategy, including managing the PAC budget and endorsement process.
  • Serve as point of contact with outside vendors responsible for the PAC operation.
  • Develop tools for staff and stakeholders to receive and monitor PAC data in real time.
  • Ensure the seamless flow of PAC information within the AIPAC DC office and from DC to the AIPAC regional offices.
  • Monitor FEC-related issues associated with the PAC; assist with the preparation of quarterly PAC reports and related materials.
  • Conduct staff training on PAC operations.
  • Troubleshoot issues/respond to questions from regional and DC staff and lay leaders.
  • Develop talking points, PAC presentations, and other materials for board and other presentations.
  • Assist with other PAC-related duties as needed.
