About The Position

This role plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and scalability of revenue management across Tubi’s advertising operations. This position owns complex global billing and reconciliation processes, leads month-end revenue workflows, and serves as a key partner to Ad Operations, Account Management, Finance, Sales Operations, and Technical teams. The role requires a deep understanding of the advertising business, including ad systems, delivery management, and revenue reporting, with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage revenue-impacting processes through AI & automation. This is a hybrid role based out of our New York City office. You must be willing to travel to our New York City office three days/week.

Requirements

  • 10+ years experience in ad operations or campaign management; ideally 2+ years in leading or mentoring others
  • In-depth understanding of digital advertising industry, including programmatic and direct businesses, plus related ad technologies
  • Expertise in digital campaign management, including ad scheduling, measurement, and reporting
  • Experience in revenue management within an operations team, such as month-end close processes
  • Experience working in multiple ad technologies, including: primary & third-party ad servers, order management systems, Salesforce, reporting & data visualization tools.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and the ability to influence change through efficiency and automation
  • Wired for curiosity, creativity, collaboration, and ownership

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the reporting and reconciliation of our ad sales business.
  • Provide revenue estimates monthly to finance and ad sales partners.
  • Actualize ad delivery in preparation for downstream invoice processes.
  • Through AI automation tools, data transfer numbers into sales tools for pipeline management.
  • Lead month-end reconciliation, variance analysis, and data validation – ensuring all steps in revenue management are accurate and aligned with internal controls.
  • Act as a primary stakeholder in managing and automating internal reporting tools that aggregate ad revenue and delivery data.
  • Overhaul and automate legacy workflows in support of senior leadership through AI.
  • Lead efforts to leverage and enhance internal AI tools that drive efficiencies and accuracy in our reporting processes.
  • Act as the operational liaison between Ad Operations, Account Management, Accounting, Sales Operations, and Partnerships teams on capturing and reporting upon ad delivery.
  • Define and document process flows for ad sales revenue management – from orders-to-cash.
  • Proactively surface, assess, and escalate issues or improvements areas to leadership with clear analysis and recommended solutions.
  • Represent the operations teams in coordinating corporate audit procedures.
  • Identify inefficiencies across billing, reconciliation, and reporting workflows and lead efforts to streamline and improve processes.
