Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of three (3) years experience in related field.
  • Minimum of two (2) years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

  • Coordination and management of all aspects of the respective department in accordance with guidelines from various government agencies and organizational policies.
  • Personnel, management and reporting duties for department programs.
  • Accessing third-party credit card information and transactional systems and ensuring appropriate organizational procedures are followed.
  • Selecting, training and evaluating subordinates and initiating personnel actions in accordance with Human Resources policy and organizational philosophy.
  • Developing, maintaining and enforcing departmental policies and protocols.
  • Understanding, communicating and enforcing organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Establishing and maintaining department staffing and schedules.
  • Developing and implementing staffing levels ensuring appropriate number of qualified/competent staff are available to provide superior service to clients while maintaining cost effective staffing mixes and patterns.
  • Managing the development of the departmental operating and capital budget and maintaining necessary controls to assure compliance with budgeted expenses, resources and staff productivity.
  • Monitoring departments operational effectiveness and recommending/implementing improvements efficiently.
  • Providing grant reporting to leadership and granting agencies using PC application tools available.
  • Overseeing record-keeping and reportage of monthly and annual required data, as specified.
  • Responsible for department purchases within budget limitations, performing accounts payable coding, as assigned.
