About The Position

This position provides leadership and operational oversight for graduate admissions and student progress within the Lang School of Business and Economics. The role supports the effective administration of graduate and professional programs by ensuring admissions processes, student support services, records, funding, and program milestones are managed consistently, accurately, and in alignment with University policies and procedures. The position serves as a key liaison with academic units and central University offices. The Manager supervises Graduate Program Specialists, providing direction, coaching, workload coordination, and performance oversight. The role also contributes to the strategic management and continuous improvement of Lang graduate programs through data collection, reporting, process review, quality assurance activities, and support for accreditation and program planning.

Requirements

  • An undergraduate degree with a preference for a Masters Degree
  • Three (3) years of experience working with graduate programs (or a combination of relevant education and work experience).
  • The ability to make decisions using integrity and sound judgement is essential.
