About The Position

Job Summary Supports the development, recruitment, retention, and growth of the Associated Provider Program. Build a strong dental professional network. This position is eligible for a hybrid (telecommuting and in-office) rotating scheduling. Travel will be required. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related area or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience).
  • Four years of progressively more responsible management experience.
  • Background knowledge of hiring department’s area of specialization in order to analyze, plan and draw conclusions for recommendations to superiors.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in planning and directing employees and processes in order to effectively monitor and develop subordinates and to ensure the smooth operation of department.
  • Completion of provided supervisory training within one year of employment may be required.
  • Applicants must demonstrate the potential ability to perform the essential functions of the job as outlined in the position description.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in a related area may be preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assists in developing and implementing program objectives consistent with the University’s goals and objectives.
  • 50- 70% of the time requires automobile travel to promote, sustain and build relationships with Associated Providers.
  • Assists with planning and execution of recruiting, marketing, and other related events to support the growth of UUSOD Medicaid programs.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and follow-through skills.
  • Uses a variety of innovative media and forums in an effort to increase participation within the Associated Providers.
  • Coordinates and manages relationships with Associated Providers to improve opportunities, foster collaboration, and increase efficiency.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with Associated Providers.
  • Collaborates with the UUSOD Medicaid team to ensure superior services to prospects, and enrolled Associated providers.
  • Additional support-related duties as needed and assigned.
