The Dutchess County program is seeking an Administrative Manager to provide office support for all aspects of the program. Individual is responsible for multiple office duties including but not limited to: preparing weekly paperwork, processing payroll, and maintaining confidential participant and personnel records. Individual must be able to work in a fast paced and demanding environment and maintain a professional manner with staff, families, and other service providers. Applicant should be organized, pay attention to detail, have good time management skills and work with computers (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Must be able to work independently, have positive communication and customer service skills are essential.
