About The Position

Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a Manager, Acute Care Pharmacy to be part of our expanding Pharmacy Services. This role involves leading the development, implementation, and advancement of acute care pharmacy clinical programs and pharmacy operations. The position supports safe and efficient medication-use systems, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and clinical outcomes across acute care pharmacy services. The Manager will serve as a clinical expert, operational leader, and pharmacy department resource, promoting consistent, high-quality pharmacy services aligned with organizational mission, vision, and values.

Requirements

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited school of pharmacy
Pharmacist license to practice in the state of employment, some positions may require multiple state licenses. Must be eligible for licensure to practice pharmacy in Wisconsin.
Minimum 3-5 years progressive leadership experience and 1-3 years hospital pharmacy experience
Strong knowledge of acute care pharmacy operations, medication therapy management, and evidence-based clinical guidelines
