Position is for an Accounts Payable Manager to work at EAH Corporate in San Rafael, CA. This is a hybrid remote position (2 days in-person/3 days remote). Qualified candidates will have bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field. 5+ years of progressive experience managing accounts payable operations in a multi-property or multi-entity environment, including experience leading AP process improvement or system control initiatives. 1+ years of progressive experience with property management accounting systems, accounts payable software and automation tools (Yardi or similar preferred). 2+ years of supervisory or management experience. Responsible for leading and overseeing the end-to-end accounts payable function across multiple properties and funding sources. Ensures accuracy, timeliness, internal control integrity, and regulatory compliance of all AP activities, with a strong emphasis on HUD and affordable-housing requirements. Serves as the primary owner of AP policies, systems, staff supervision, and audit readiness. This position is characterized by a high degree of initiative, responsibility, accountability, and ability to work congenially with a wide variety of individuals.
